Shipping
Orders over $50.00 ship via USPS 1st Class Mail for FREE. For orders less than $50.00, standard shipping rates apply. You will be able to select the delivery cost and time frame during your checkout process. We use the US Postal Service and a standard estimated weight calculation of 4 ounces, with 6" x 4'' x .5" inch envelope. Individual packaging may vary depending on your order and shipping materials used. If you strongly prefer a different carrier, please note that during the checkout process. We will contact you to discuss payment and shipping arrangements.
Order Processing Time Frame
We are located in Lakewood, California. We will process and ship your jewelry (or gifts) within 1-3 business days after receipt of your order. In addition to our processing time, you'll need to add time for your chosen shipping method in order to estimate when your items will arrive. Of course, we'll do our best to process and ship as fast as we can.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
For all returns or exchanges, please include all original packaging and accompanying materials. And, for your piece of mind (and ours!), please ship your item back via a method with a tracking number (USPS/FedEx/UPS). We will let you know when it's received. Please note that we cannot be responsible for items lost during shipping.
You can expect your refund to be processed 1-3 days after we receive the merchandise. When exactly you will receive your refund is determined by your own financial institution but, generally, you can expect to see it within 5 business days.
